In the coating of paper at the coating station of the paper machine, coating colour is being pumped from the working vessel to coating station. Excess of coating colour returns to working vessel. For optimal performance of the supply system for coating colour on the coating station, key is in size and shape of the working vessel.
In the coating on the coating station Filmpress on the paper machine 5, it has shown that the existing tank does not meet the needs of production.
Project was carried out, which included:
- design of new double walled working vessels
- selection of new equipment
- construction, piping and layout drawings
- process and instrumentation diagram modification
- conducting bill of material
- technical description.
During replacement of working vessels, supervision and commissioning was carried out.
